Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering.
Shipping cost in Italy: Free of charge.
Shipping time
Shipping times for orders in Italy can take up to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
Shipping times for orders in the rest of the world can take up to 8 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
Tracking
All shipments are traceable and can be monitored throughout the delivery process.
Orders are normally shipped on the second working day following the order date.
As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery status.

Our primary goal is to ensure that your order reaches its destination as quickly as possible. However, the customer and/or recipient is responsible for ensuring that the delivery details provided are accurate.

We are not responsible for any losses incurred by the customer or recipient due to incorrect address details, including non-refundable transport costs or additional charges for the redelivery or replacement of goods.

In case of an incorrect, damaged or non-compliant item, please contact us by phone or email within 5 days of receiving your order, preferably with a photo of the package and its contents.

If you decide to refuse the order, please notify us by phone or email. The order will be refunded only after it returns to our warehouse and the goods are verified to be intact. Return shipping costs in this case will be at your expense.

The customer acknowledges that collecting the product is a specific obligation arising from the purchase contract. In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient after two delivery attempts, the package will be stored for five working days. If not collected, the contract will be terminated, and the order canceled according to art. 1456 c.c. The total amount paid will be refunded, minus delivery and return costs. The termination and refund details will be communicated by email.

In the event of a return, outgoing shipping costs will not be refunded, and only the value of the goods will be reimbursed. Please contact us before returning any item. Products sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We cannot assume responsibility for missing items if they are included in the transport or commercial document.
Refunds & Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with all tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return label and shipping instructions.
However, the cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. The return label will be sent via email, and the customer will need to pay for the shipping using that label.
In case of defective or incorrect items, all return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Processing fees (such as Shopify payment commissions) are non-refundable in case of order cancellation or return.

If the order has already been shipped, shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom-made or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item, and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
If your order is being shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, with original tags and packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
