Shipping cost

 Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering.

Shipping cost in Italy: Gratis.

Shipping time

Shipping times for orders in Italy can reach a maximum of 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

Shipping times for orders in the rest of the World can reach a maximum of 8 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)

Traking

The shipment is traceable and, therefore, can be constantly followed during the various stages of the shipment.

Orders placed are normally shipped on the second working day following the order.

As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a Tracking number via email that will provide you with details on the delivery status.

Disclaimer:

1. Our primary goal is to ensure that your order reaches its destination as quickly as possible. However, it is the customer and/or recipient who takes responsibility, at the time of purchase, for the products received and the delivery details provided (always check that they are correct).

2. We cannot accept any responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer or recipient, in terms of non-refundable transport costs and/or additional costs for the delivery of the goods or for the replacement of these.

3. In the event that you receive an incorrect, damaged or non-compliant item, please contact us by phone or email within 5 days of receiving your order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.

4. In the event that you refuse an order, please contact us by phone or email to let us know. The order will be refunded only after it has returned to our warehouse, once the integrity of the goods has been verified. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5.The Customer acknowledges that the collection of the Product is his specific obligation arising from the purchase contract. In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified in the order form, after two failed delivery attempts, the package will go "in storage". In the event of failure to collect the Product within five working days from the first delivery attempt, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order consequently cancelled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c. Once the contract has been terminated, the total amount paid by the Customer will be refunded, minus the costs of the unsuccessful delivery of the Product and the return costs. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the Customer via email.

6. In the event of a return, the outgoing shipping costs will remain at your expense. Only the amount of the goods will be refunded. Please do not return products without first contacting us.

7. We cannot assume any responsibility for any missing goods inside a package, if the same are present in the DDT (transport document) and in the commercial document.

 

Refund

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at costumer@voguegirlmilano.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Via Comune Antico, 50, 20126 Milano MI, Italy. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
